Halle02 is located in the immediate vicinity of Heidelberg Central Station and can be reached within 8 minutes on foot.

Halle02 has no parking spaces, but excellent public transport connections, is easily accessible by bike and is located in the heart of Heidelberg, at the main train station.

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and similar devices, is not permitted outside of designated smoking areas (i.e., in all indoor areas).

The following house rules apply to all premises of halle02 in the Heidelberg freight depot. Everyone is welcome!Individuals whose behavior disrupts operations or who have already been banned from the premises are not welcome. These individuals may be refused entry and may be removed from the event grounds if they have already entered.We may, at our discretion, check your ID card or passport. We may also, at our discretion, check your clothing and bags. Guests consent to these checks and acknowledge that refusal may result in denied entry or removal from the event premises.Bringing drinks, food, glass containers and cans is prohibited.Carrying bulky items, pyrotechnic articles, torches, sparklers, other dangerous items, including any weapons, as well as animals, is prohibited.Depending on the nature of the event, bringing bags and similar containers into the venue may be prohibited. These can then be left at the cloakroom.Light, sound, film and video recordings are not permitted, even for private use.Halle02 and the Heidelberg freight depot, including parking and grounds, are not public property. The operator of this venue is halle02 GmbH & Co. KG, which exercises its right to control access to the premises through its staff.Other guests and staff should always be treated with respect.Violence, theft, damage, excessive consumption, sexual, racist and other assaults and discrimination, including the wearing of far-right symbols, will not be tolerated and will result in proportionate intervention by our security forces.The layout of escape routes and emergency exits from the assembly rooms is shown in escape route plans. In addition, all escape routes and emergency exits are indicated by illuminated green pictograms within the assembly venue. In case of emergency, staff must be informed immediately.Drug use, trafficking, and distribution are strictly prohibited and will be punished.All guests are asked to be considerate of the neighbors and avoid disturbing the peace at night; this also applies to arrival and departure. Leaving the venue with glasses, cups, bottles, or cans belonging to the organizer is not permitted. Littering, leaving returnable containers lying around, and urinating in the vicinity of the venue are prohibited.Violations of the house rules may result in a ban from the premises and possibly further civil and/or criminal action.By entering the event premises, each guest accepts the house rules. In the event of a violation of these house rules, there is no entitlement to a refund of already paid admission or any purchased but unconsumed food and beverages.Guests must always follow the instructions of our staff, as this ensures the safety of all guests and employees.
